Sweet Days at the Basilica
Posted by Mia Balogh · Sep 17, 2020

Sweetest weekend of the year is finally coming up: visit St. Stephen Square at the Basilica from 18 to 20 September and enjoy some sweet treats – you absolutely deserve it.

Of course we know that everyone is talking about the second wave of the pandemic and the precautions we should make even if we just stop by the small grocery store down on the corner.

But we at BudNews believe that people don’t stop craving for all the good things in these dark times, on the contrary: we all want some positivity in our everyday lives now more than ever. And as we all know, chocolate boosts the happiness hormones ;) so what about a short trip to the Basilica, to pamper your taste buds with some sweets? Of course, with your masks on and with hand sanitizers in your bags…

If you say yes to it, let us tell you a little bit more about the program: from 18 to 20 September, Sweet Days Chocolate Festival will be organized at the Basilica, near Deák Square. The is a free-to-attend gastro event, to be more precise, the 4th biggest free open-air festival revolving around chocolate and artsy confectionery, where you can try the very best of Hungarian sweets.

Are you ready for it? ;)
