The artwork of this Hungarian woman will make your jaw drop

Ágnes Herczeg creates something ethereal by using pieces of wood and delicate lace she makes.

Ágnes Herczeg is a Hungarian artist from Kecskemét who blends incredibly lace art with pieces of wood found by her – and her artwork looks amazing. Her lace creations can be referred to as a celebration of our connection with mother nature but we wouldn’t like to overexplain anything. We really think that her artwork is just fantastic, really worth seeing.

‘Herczeg studied textile conservation at the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, and perfected several methods of embroidery and lace-making that empowers her to push the boundaries of those crafts in each and every piece she makes’ – Boredpanda writes about her art.
