Get to Buda Castle with this super cute electric minibus
Posted by Mia Balogh · Apr 27, 2017

Let us show you the most eco-friendly and - in our opinion - the cutest vehicle to get to the Castle District.

You can get to the Castle District by bus or by walk, but of course there are more fun (and more expensive) ways to arrive there, as well, like for example the Funicular or a Segway tour. Now let us show you a really cute, cool, comfy and eco-friendly vehicle that offers great opportunity to visit the cobblestoned streets of the capital’s oldest neighborhood, and to stop at several sites near monumental attractions and high-quality restaurants.

These little cars powered by electricity are emblazoned with iconic Budapest photos, and are driven by experienced guides. So you can learn a lot while enjoying the ride in an open-air minibus like this.

You can try this new service every day from 9 am to 5 pm, minibuses are serving six stations around Castle District every 20 minutes. We suggest you to board the minibus at Clark Ádám Square or Várkert Bazaar and to buy a round-trip ticket, valid for three separate rides so you can spend more time in the Castle District and you can enjoy its beauty even by walking a bit.
