Send a postcard to Britain’s loneliest schoolboy
Posted by Mia Balogh · Dec 23, 2015

Aron Anderson is still waiting for the postcards from all around the world.

Out Skerries is a Scottish Island about 340 kilometres from the coast of Norway. The island has a school and a playground as well, but these are used only by one kid, Aron Anderson. The 10-year-old is also known as ‘Britain's loneliest schoolboy’ and made headlines last month after a moderator on Reddit got wind of his story and called on fellow Redditors to send Christmas cards to the boy. So they can help show him he has friends across the Internet.

‘I really want him to get a big massive smile on his face,’ the moderator wrote. ‘So please, write a wee message in the card to show your support too!’

Maybe you read our article after Christmas but we suggest you to send him a postcard anyway. He will be less lonely and really happy to read your greetings or best wishes for 2016.

Here you can read his address:
