7 (!) Hungarian buildings were awarded in the world's most prestigious real estate development competition

We won 2 gold and 5 silver medals.

This year brought an amazing Hungarian success in the International Real Estate Federation’s (FIABCI) World Prix D'excellence 2020 Award: a total of 7 Hungarian buildings won some recognition.

The two gold medals were won by the Vigadó of Buda in the Heritage category, and Tomb of Gül Baba in the category called Public Infrastructures / Amenities. The Ecodome office building in the 1st district was awarded a silver medal in the Sustainable Development category, Gül Baba’s Tomb also got a silver medal in Heritage category, while the Váci Greens Office Building and Promenade Gardens became second in the Office category, and Pangea Hotel in Nyíregyháza became silver-medal winner in Hotel category.

This year, the jury of this prestigious international competitions included 63 professionals from 31 countries, representatives of special sectors of real estate development profession. The properties were competed on the basis of four aspects: the concept and result of the real estate development, the standard of architecture and urban architecture, the quality of construction and the duration of the implementation.
