Finally! Harry Potter themed café opens in Budapest

By visiting the Flying Broom, you can enter the Harry Potter universe – it is no wonder that the place is extremely popular already.

The Flying Broom Magical Experience Coffee Shop is open only for a couple of weeks but it is already one of the most popular spots in the city. Why? Because this is the first café in Budapest which lets us enter in Harry Potter’s magical universe.

Yep, this is no exaggeration. You’ll find yourself there right after entering: clothes, newspapers, ‘flying’ candles, Hagrid’s giant spider (stay calm, it’s not real ;)), the magic wand of Dumbledore and a lot more is here to enchant you in a minute.

Take a glimpse of all this in their 1-minute video – this is truly awesome.

Of course, the menu is inspired by Harry Potter’s adventures, as well. You can order for example Rox. Expresso or any other magical potion, and a Harry Potter fan can not miss tasting butter beer, that’s for sure! They also offer soups, sandwiches and delicious cakes, we are sure you won’t be able to resist. ;)

The menu is available online, for now only in Hungarian but maybe you feel like checking it out… so here you go: https://www.repulosepru.hu/?lang=en The website by the way also works in English, you’ll see that. They have quite reasonable prices, ranging from 500 to 2000 HUF.

Opening hours and reservation:

The café is open from Thursday to Sunday from 12 PM to 9 PM. The address is: 3rd district, 36 Pacsirtamező Street. They only accept cash, but there is an ATM very close to the café if you would only have your credit card in your wallet.

Reservation is possible via their online reservation system and asztalfoglalas@repulosepru.hu. You can also call them on the phone. The number is: +36704293692 and they promise to try answer everyone’s call Monday to Wednesday from 10 am to 3 pm, and in the opening hours.
