Luxury private dorm opened in Budapest

By taking a look at these pictures, we feel that we would like to be university students again.

The iconic building of Tűzraktár (which used to be a place to store supplies for the local fire department, then a cultural spot in the first years of the 21th century) was recently transformed into an awesome exclusive dormitory.

418 private rooms, cool community spaces, five learning rooms and a huge terrace with an amazing panorama is waiting for the new residents.

Of course, the exclusivity isn’t cheap: a more modest room costs 380 EUR per month (students are required to sign a contract for 12 months), while the biggest and most expensive room costs almost the double of that, 700 EUR. But if we consider real estate prices in Budapest right now, we can see that these prices are still not too high.
