Most modern science centre in Europe opens in Budapest

The so-called Párisi Mall (Párisi Nagyáruház) reopens as an experience centre and will host a new modern scientific playground.

If you have been to Budapest and took a walk on Andrássy Avenue near Oktogon, you must have seen the beautiful building of Párisi Mall (Párisi Nagyáruház). Inside, you could find a book shop and an exclusive café upstairs – the edifice was really elegant inside and outside but closed its gates in 2017.

Now it reopens as Andrássy Experience Centre and will host the most modern science centre in the world, the Future Park. The licence of this ‘scientific playground’ was bought from Japan; Budapest is the first European location where kids and grownups can see it.

Párisi Mall is renovated by the owner for the new inhabitants, the TulipFairy Production Company (TulipánTündér Produkció). Founded in 2013, this enterprise has already organized many successful events from musicals to Gateway to Space exhibition.
